Ethical, sustainable trading is key to us at Marsylka. We regularly audit our factories and work with our partners to ensure the highest standards are always achieved.

Our own factories in Sri Lanka are regularly audited by leading retailers and we are Supplier members of Sedex.

Health & Safety

We follow strict health and safety guidelines at our factories. In our manufacturing processes we ensure our products are safe and follow strict needle control policies, and both our sites in Sri Lanka are metal free.

Sustainable Sourcing

Marsylka also pays a great deal of attention to the environmental impact of our manufacturing.

We have implemented energy saving policies to reduce our carbon footprint, strengthened waste water treatment to prevent pollution and recycle water to increase water efficiency.

All our fabric suppliers have - as a minimum - certified effluent treatment plants (ETP) for their waste water treatment and meet Oeko-Tex standards governing chemicals used in the dyeing process.
